Representative Geraldo Alicea (D-Charlton) recently filmed the first episode of his new cable access television program “The Alicea Report” at the State House in Boston. Paul Zoto, manager of the Southbridge Cable Television station, traveled to the State House to tape the first episode of the program, which focuses on the positives and negatives impacts Casinos would have on Massachusetts.
